Christopher joined Firland in 2016, bringing over 25 years of experience in Boeing Quality Assurance and aerospace quality improvement. He leads all CAPA projects, investigates component failures, and reports on quality metrics.

Elic Agler
Elic manages the Assembly department, and the Part Mark department. He also fills the Master scheduling role and supports the on-time delivery commitments for all Jobs moving through the Firland Workshop. He provides daily updates to Boeing and other customers along with setting the priorities for all shop departments.

Mike Poelzer
Mike joined Firland in 2005 and assumed the role of Foreman in 2009. He is the primary contact for on-time delivery and all production commitments. Mike has made great strides in our “continuous process improvement journey” here at Firland.

Sheri Kneeland
Sheri is our front office manager and personally over-see’s all POP activity and handles payroll and new products activity. She joined Firland in 1996. Sheri heads up our Certification and Audit activities and takes great pride in the review and validation of our Quality System processes.

Tom Greene
Tom joined Firland in August 2024. He has significant experience in engineering, operations, and finance. Tom has concentrated his work in the Aerospace and Medical Device industries, including various leadership roles in companies that were AS9100 and ISO13485 compliant. Tom is continuing Firland’s relentless focus on lean manufacturing.
