Mike P
Mike joined Firland in 2005 and assumed the role of Shop Foreman in 2009. He is the primary contact for on-time delivery and all production commitments. Mike has made great strides in our “continuous process improvement journey” here at Firland.

Sheri is our front office manager and our Quality Systems manager. She joined Firland in 1996. Sheri heads up our Certification and Audit activities and takes great pride in the review and validation of our Quality System processes.

Tom G
Tom joined Firland in 2024. He has significant experience in engineering, operations, and finance. Tom has concentrated his work in the Aerospace and Medical Device industries, including various leadership roles in companies that were AS9100 and ISO13485 compliant. Tom is continuing Firland’s relentless focus on lean manufacturing.
