• Excellent at building and managing through relationships across the HR organization upwards, with dotted/solid line reports, and with center of expertise partners
• Experience managing direct reports in a multifunction, matrix, multi-site HR environment
• Experience leading major change management initiatives including business restructuring, leadership changes, and reductions in force
